The pioneers of EPSA have over 18+ years of experience working in the Disability Sector, Public and Private Sector Health and Social Services. EPSA aims to primarily support Victorian and Tasmanian NDIS participants, their families and stakeholders. Enabling Positive Services Australia (EPSA) follows a structured and defined approach to developing Positive Behaviour Support Plans whilst remaining flexible in our approaches to meet individual needs. This considered approach allows us to tailor strategies and support to the individual and their support teams. At EPSA, We support individuals and their wider teams to build capacity, develop individual skills and support a reduction in behaviours of harm or concern and the use of Restrictive Practices.

Restrictive Practices
At EPSA, we work closely and develop sound Positive Behaviour Support Plans. We work towards reducing and eliminating the use of Restrictive Practices where appropriate.
